Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
Certain products offered by SALUS® may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchase options may be modified or canceled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize SALUS® to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring deliveries based on the delivery schedule you select.
Subscription billing and management are securely provided through our subscription management platform. Your payment information is processed and stored securely by our payment providers and is not stored by SALUS®.
You may cancel, skip, pause, resume, or modify your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your customer account at ShopSalus.com.
- Accessing the Manage Subscription link included in your subscription confirmation or renewal emails.
- Contacting SALUS® at sales@shopsalus.com or (970) 232-9893 if you need assistance.
To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, subscription changes or cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a recurring order has been billed, processed, blended, handcrafted, or entered production, it cannot be canceled. Any cancellation or modification will apply to future subscription orders.
Custom-Scented Subscription Orders
Products that have been custom scented or otherwise personalized specifically for you are handcrafted to order. Once blending or production has begun, these products cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except in the event of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, SALUS® may offer products for pre-order before they are available for shipment.
Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and process payment when your order is ready to ship.
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before production or fulfillment begins.
Once a pre-order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be canceled.
If your pre-order is eligible for cancellation, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Custom-Scented Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for products that have been custom scented or personalized specifically for you are final sale once blending or production has begun and are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund except in the event of our error or a manufacturing defect.
