SALUS® Return & Refund Policy
At SALUS®, every product is handcrafted fresh with care. Many of our products are made specifically for you, including custom-scented creations. Because these products are personalized and because many of our items are personal care products, we have a limited return policy to protect the health and safety of all of our customers.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@shopsalus.com.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order:
- Products that have been custom scented or otherwise personalized at your request.
- Bath and body products that have been opened or used.
- Personal care products.
- Lip care products.
- CBD products (where prohibited by law).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance, sale, or discontinued items.
Because custom-scented products are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold, all custom fragrance selections are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@shopsalus.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please contact sales@shopsalus.com before returning any merchandise.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved return may be issued as store credit.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
