Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

SALUS ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Because many SALUS products are handcrafted fresh, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Continental U.S. & APO/FPO

  • FREE Shipping on orders of $65 or more
  • $7 flat-rate shipping on orders under $65
  • Additional carrier-calculated shipping options may be available at checkout

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

  • $10 flat-rate shipping on orders of $65 or more
  • $14 flat-rate shipping on orders under $65

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

For missing shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and product and contact us with photos when possible.

Free local pickup is available at our Fort Collins and Manitou Springs, Colorado locations.
